Orchard Farm High School is seeking to a Data/Registrar Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The High School Data/Registrar Administrative Assistant provides a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative support to the building administrators, counselors, and building staff, to assist in ensuring the building/counselor offices are running as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Essential Functions: (included but not limited to the following)
- Maintain High School data and assist District Data Manager with specific state reporting.
- Maintain Master Scheduling for High School
- Facilities records/transcripts requests for current/previous high school students
- Monitor, maintain and process historical grades and high school records according to retention
- Maintain specific data for Career Ready, College Ready and Life Ready
- Coordinates communication with Military, employers, and post-secondary institutions
- Assists in maintaining documents, files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
- Composes documents for building and district administrators or other staff as requested
- Attend meetings as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school.

- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations, District policies and procedures, principles, guidelines, and best practices related to the school (e.g., Student Services, Human Resources, Facilities and Business).
- Posses organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills with use of Google Suites and Microsoft.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Successful professional office experience in related area preferred.

- 12 month position
- $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
